It exemplifies everything Indulgent Eats is about: delicious and ultra-satisfying food that’s meant to be shared both with loved ones and on the ‘gram (complete with hashtags for every recipe!), spanning a diverse range of cuisines to open up your mind to new flavors and traditions.
You’ll find my versions of viral recipes, from Japanese jiggly pancakes to birria tacos, along with recipes inspired by dishes I tried in my travels around the world and Filipino mainstays I ate throughout my childhood.
