1 tbsp. flour (optional if you plan to shape the sausage into patties or sausage links)
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients for the longganisa in a bowl. If you are shaping your sausages into patties or sausage links, add 1 tbsp. flour to the mix.
Heat 1 tbsp. oil in a cast iron or nonstick skillet and cook longganisa for 8-10 minutes until the color has turned from a vibrant red to a brownish red, reaching an internal temperature of 160°
Serve with garlic rice and a fried egg or try it in [slidershttp://indulgenteats.com/2020/04/13/filipino-longganisa-sliders-recipe/], pasta, tacos, breakfast burritos, dumplings – let you imagination run wild!
