Really nice article you did there! Like you I love the food from crystal jade and I was wondering if you had any idea how to make the dan dan noodle soup ? It’s the best meal I have had in my life and was hoping I could recreate it somehow… I’m live in France now and no chinese restaurant make them as good as crystal jade.
